Hi guys, please tell me how to add the zipato wall tablet to the network? In its manual is written that the wall mount is actually a z wave controller, but i cannot find a way to register it anywhere... In it is written that its serial number (which i have to register somewhere), will appear when i install the zipabox client?! What does it mean? The tablet comes with pre installed zipato app, and when i start it nothing appears... only the zipabox that i have....Please help.

Hello guys,
go to my.zipato.com and if you don't have an account click on "Sign up". After you register your Account log in with your User name and Password and then you should immediately get a Pop up where you enter your Serial number. After this you will have to log in again.
If you already have an account and you wan't to add a second Zipabox or Zipato wall tablet to your account, after you are logged in click on the drop down menu at the top of the Dashboard/Control Center, select "Add new box", pop up window will appear where you have to enter the serial number. Later you can change between Boxes by selecting one of them in the same drop down menu at the top of the Control Center. Hope this helps.

Thanks for answer! My problem is that I don't know the serial number. Where can I find the serial number? Is it printet on the label on backside of tablet?

When you turn on your Tablet you should get a Serial number.
If you don't get it Click on a Zipabox icon (its listed under Communication) and you should find it there.

no you don't need a USB stick the Z-Wave module is implemented in the Tablet just open a Zipato app.

I will try trt the zipalogo as atilla say, Because the tbalett dont have any serial nr printed I cant use it like the picture.

Dont work i only see the zipabox serial nr were can I find and add the zipato sn tablett to my current account

Is this zipatile? You need to use the zipatile app ro register. If you have any issues, contact support@zipato.com
