ZME_WALLC-S: how to use the groups in rules?

Hi all,

I have several ZME_WALLC-S secure wall controllers working on my Zipabox.

Already with the 0.9.999.3 firmware by the way (now on .4).

I have them running so that when any button is hit (of the four) that a switch is set and a light is turned on.

But how can i use the "groups" with different lights?

Any help is appreciated!

This switch can activate multiple groups, but i have no idea to configure that in the zipabox interface.

How can i bind several devices (lights) to a group which this switch can activate???

Thanks Mattias, i did notice that and am glad that they work for a single command. I can work with that but would like to make them multifunctional and cant wait until Zipato supports these devices properly. In the second thread you posted i (just) asked Magnus how he works with the groups. That is unclear to me at the moment.

No problem. I think what Magnus did was just use the Zipabox interface to configure the device. That is set up which buttons belong as a group and if they toggle on/off or dim. Then he doesn't use the switch with the Zipabox, but uses it to let the groups control lights directly.

Just as I have done, the only difference is that I found a way to get some functionality using the Zipabox. Hopefully just a temporary hack until there is full support in the Zipabox. :)

Mattias: I´m intetested in what you have done to use the WALLC-S and the Zipabox together. Currently I´m only able to use the "any"-function... I´d like to use it as a simple dual on/off switch. (I do not have any wave actuators to accociate the WALLC-S with).
