ZXT-120, problems to join

I try to join the ZXT-120 IR-extender to the Zipabox. I follow the normal "join device procedure" through the Zipato web interface. The countdown from 60s starts and reply with "device discovred" when I press the programming button on the ZXT-120. Soon after that, the web dialog box re-starts the countdown from 60s again, and goes all the way down to 0, and finishes with a error message:
My ZXT-120 might be a bad specimen or any suggestion what to try?

Had same problem... use old skin and wait till countdown before pressing join button on the IR... try several times
