How to control Centralite Pearl Zigbee thermostat from zipatile?
Need Answer
Hi everyone,
I have Centralite Pearl Zigbee thermostat and I've connected it to Zipatile
the device is included in the network without problems
it's supported by zipato controllers as I have been told from Zipato and Centralite
but till now I'm not able to control anything (can't change the mode or setpoint of the device... etc.)
I submitted a ticket but the problem wasn't solved
I've tried also to link it with a virtual thermostat, still not working
has anybody tried it before and it worked for him?
Thanks,,,

no sorry, have you tried deleting the thermostat and adding it again?

I have been able to add this same thermostat without any issue. After assigning endpoints and creating a virtual device thermostat (in my case there is only heating...not fan or AC). I can select either the Zipatile temperature sensor as the input or the Centralite HA thermostat and successfully read the temperature. I can also set the thermostat to off or on and witness the relay activating in the thermostat and the heating indicator activiate/deactivate. However...when attempting to run a program or set a temperature...it appears to be sending the value in degrees Celsius. This confuses my thermostat. I believe this to be just one more programming issue related to the F / C issue. Changing the settings to F doesn't always change all parts of the code it seems. This should be an easy thing for Zipato to validate and fix. Meanwhile...I'll have to manually adjust the thermostats....uggg
