Nexa WST-512 or my Nexa LMDT-609 to my Zipato (with 433 module), it can not find them

I can not add my Nexa WST-512 or my Nexa LMDT-609 to my Zipato (with 433 module), it can not find them.
How can I get my PIR to be recognized and my wall switch to work?

To join the LMDT-609 we would advise you to:
1) Remove its backplate to gain access to the configuration switches. You will see a a button labeled DEL.SET
2) Select the LMDT-609 from the "Add new device" drop down list.
3) Once the countdown starts, toggle the DEL.SET button a few times and the Zipabox will detect the motion sensor.
The WST-512 is not currently supported but you can try to join it by selecting the "CoCo AWST-8800 wall switch" from the "Add new device" drop down list.

The pir will not be joined, have also changed batteries and as you said toggle when looking for it.
Also the wst-512 will not be joined as you described.
