Dear Zipato team,

I have tried Tadfri from Ikea with my Zipatile and the result was that I can pair all of them but only the bulb works. Outlets and sensors don't work.

Now I want to ask the question first before to spend "money for nothing" again :)

Is it possible to pair and use Osram smart+ plug with Zipatile?

Outlets from Ikea (smart plugs) should work. I have a couple of them working here.

Thanks for the hint John. You are correct and I confirm that IKEA Tradfri outlet works already.

I also checked the IKEA motion sensor (again) but it's still visible as an unknown sensor - don't work.

Hi,

Good to hear that. Concerning your motion sensor: submit a ticket with the question to support this sensor. I did that with the powerplug and was lucky. However keep in mind that the most of the IKEA devices are not totally Zigbee compliant. I.e the powerplug reported itself as a dimmer, which is not the case, so Zipato made some adjustments.

Hi (2),

You can try to change the type of this sensor in the device manager. I am not sure if this is possible for this type of sensor.
