Several problems with ZipaBox
Hi,
I have found several problems with my Zipato. I could't find the solutions online so I hope you will be able to help me. First of all, the ZipaBox is installed easily and without a flaw, it also was very easy to add z-wave devices to it. Here are the problems I faced and was unable to resolve:
1) I couldn't find a factory reset. While going through community.zipato.com I found that someone had the same problem, and that problem was not resolved. The ony way was to send you factory reset reguquest, with some information (username, password, and serial number of the device).

2) There are some issues with two of the sensors i ordered in a Zipato bundle. One of the sensors is showing motion, even it is in a box with no motion at all. The same sensor, also, shows the same level of illumination whereever i put it in the room, even when i am using dimmer. This is 3in1 sensor. Both of the devices can't be removed from the Zipato with "remove device" option.
The mentioned devices are under article code: wt-pir.eu (Multisensor 3in1), vs-zp3102+.eu ( Presence detector with temperature meter)
3) IR extender ZXT-120 was easily found, but i am having some problems in making him work. I still didn't figure ut out how the code library actually works, and how to enter the learning mode. The same problem like sensors, I can't remove device with "remove device" option. I read somwhere on the community that this can be due me reseting the sensor. I want to know is there a way to remove it from the list
4) I also ordered two door/window sensors, and one of them is not showing any reaction when I open/close door. I opened the device and remove battery for a few seconds then putting them back on, and problem was resloved. I want to know is this something that happens offently. If yes, I can't offer my clients this product. The model that gave such an error is under artice code: wt-dw.eu
5) I also was told that ZipaBox is communicating with other z-wave devices. I bought few sensors and switches from Fibaro. All were unrecognized, or unable to be found, by ZipaBox. These are Fibaro products: Door/Window sensor FGK-103, Fibaro universal dimmer FGD-211 and fibaro wall plug.

I will try to provide my help and findings with my zipabox.
1) The box can either be soft reseted by using the button on the box in combination of unplugging power for a couple of minutes OR for a more hard reset like to said send your info to Zipato and they will even clean the server with your info. More used if you like to sell the box and delete everything.
2) No comments to your device but use my self the Aeotoc Multisensor 4-1 wo any problems.

5) is use all the devices you mentioned from Fibaro wo any problems. I could easily add them and they are fully functional.

4) The Fibaro doorsensor should work fine. Maybe the battery was not correctly put in (or was not making good contact).
5) When you join them put them close to the box. Fibaro should work fine without any problems.
