Using http request to get SMS from 3rd party service provider

Hi,

I want to use an http request and an API to generate an SMS for a certain action. I have some example code (see attached picture) but do not know how to fit it into the "Configure HTTP request" window.

Why not use clickatell? Or pushingbox?

U can also use:

https://ifttt.com/

But there is a delay!

Thanks for your input but I don't see how that would help me. I still don't know to identify the header and the body of my request and how the required information goes into the two provided fields. I'd hoped to be able to get it in there once and for all and not have to learn everything about http, API, php ...
