I got "Failed to add new box" message, what to do?

When you first time boot your Zipato Controller and it reports to the Zipato Cloud Server, it's Serial number must be entered into Zipato Control Center (Web GUI) or Zipato Mobile Application. This is done because security precaution because Zipato Controller is a security appliance / system.

If you get this message please reset your Zipato Controller via reset button on it (or turn it off and on), wait for the Zipato Controller become online (e.g. Zipabox gets steady green LED indication light on the box casing) and then log in into the Zipato Control Center or Zipato Mobile Application and enter the serial number of your Zipato Controller.
